2. The ram and valve seat are treated by special process, sprayed with hard alloy and wear-resistant tetrafluoroethylene to achieve double sealing. And it can be double protected by oil injection auxiliary seal, which makes the seal more reliable and has a longer service life.
3. The valve is of packless structure, and its opening and closing torque is only 3/1-1/2 of that of ordinary valve.
4. The flat gate valve with diversion hole is used for the pipeline requiring ball pigging, and the flat gate valve without diversion hole is used for the pipeline not requiring ball pigging.
5. The regulating flat gate valve is applicable to the pump, station outlet and other pipelines requiring regulating medium.
6. The pneumatic flat gate valve is quick to open and close, with a buffer mechanism, and has no impact when closing. The pneumatic and manual switching structures are novel, flexible, convenient and reliable.
7. The electric flat gate valve has integral explosion-proof type (Z9B), explosion-proof type (Z9b), and ordinary type (Z9). Other models can be selected according to the user's needs.
8. The valve is widely used in natural gas, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, urban pipelines, gas pipelines and other transmission pipelines, evacuation systems and steam storage devices as a hoist.
