Daily maintenance of pneumatic ball valve:
1. Remove the stem key, loosen the screws, remove the packing disc, and remove the packing.
2. Loosen the screws and remove the pneumatic actuator and drive flange.
3. Close the upstream and downstream globe valves of the ball valve. Release the pressure in the pipe before and after the ball valve.
4. Connect the pneumatic pipeline, operate the driver, check the flexibility of the valve switch.

5. Install pipelines and perform air tightness tests according to pipeline requirements.
6. Remove the O-ring from the packing ring.
7. Check the removed parts. If damaged, repair, replace and clean the parts.
8. Clean sealing surface of lubricating packing and O-ring installation groove.
9. Install the pan root, secure it with screws, and install the key.
10. Install the pneumatic actuator flange and screwdriver, and tighten them with the screwdriver.
