1、 Application of top mounted manual pneumatic discharge valve in glass lined reactor
The enamel valve uses 950 to coat the enamel with high silicon content on the metal surface. The enamel is made of the enamel sealed on the surface of the metal iron substrate. Therefore, it has the double advantages of chemical stability and metal strength similar to glass, and is an excellent corrosion resistant equipment element. The valve is used for opening and closing in linear motion. The exhaust valve is installed on the upper part of the valve. There are single cylinder and double cylinder. The double cylinder opens with double thrust. Features: on-site visual valve switch position indicator, optional manual operating mechanism, top manual, middle manual. The inner hole of the cylinder and the surface of the piston rod are coated with PTFE or hard chrome plating, so the moving friction part is equipped with wear-resistant guide ring for isolation. The actuating mechanism and regulating mechanism of the pneumatic actuator are a unified whole, and its actuating mechanism includes membrane, piston, fork and gear rack. The piston type has a long stroke, which is suitable for occasions requiring large thrust; The diaphragm type has small stroke and can only directly drive the valve stem. The fork pneumatic actuator has the characteristics of large torque, small space and torque curve more in line with the valve torque curve, but it is not beautiful; Commonly used for high torque valves.
2、 Technical specification for enamel application of top mounted manual pneumatic discharge valve in glass lined reactor:
1. Acid resistance:
It has good corrosion resistance to various organic acids, inorganic acids and organic solvents. If the glass lining sample produced by our factory is placed in 20% HCI solution and boiled for 48h, the corrosion rate is 0.9lg/m2. d (the superior product index is 1.0g/m2. d).
2. Alkali resistance:
The corrosion resistance of glass lining to alkaline solution is worse than that to acid solution. However, the glass lining samples in our factory were corroded by 1N sodium hydroxide solution at 80 ℃ for 24h. The corrosion rate is 6.76g/m2. d (the superior product index is 7.0g/m2. d).
3. Operating temperature:
The glass lined equipment shall be heated and cooled slowly. The operating temperature of the glass lined equipment produced by our factory is 0-200 ℃, and the temperature resistance is ≥ 200 ℃.
4. Thickness of porcelain layer:
The thickness of porcelain layer is 0.8-2.0mm, and the thickness of porcelain layer of enamel equipment accessories is 0.6-1.8mm.
5. Withstand voltage:
The insulating property of glass enamel is good. When the glass enamel is used for 20 hours within the specified thickness, KV high-frequency electric spark cannot break through the porcelain layer when checking the porcelain layer.
6. Impact resistance:
The smaller the internal stress of the glass layer, the better the elasticity, the greater the hardness, the higher the bending and compressive strength, and the better the impact resistance. Within the specified thickness, the diameter of the glass layer of our factory is 30 degrees mm, and the impact energy is 272 when the steel ball is impacted with the weight of 112g × 10-3J (the superior product index is 260 × 10-3J）。
