The manufacturer of pneumatic actuator with bevel gear introduces the installation of single acting pneumatic actuator:
1. First, check whether the cylinder model is correct. Check whether the cylinder is open or closed. Generally, it is closed when installed.
2. Check the rotation direction of the cylinder, rotate the valve counterclockwise and clockwise.
3. When connecting the cylinder and valve, check whether the center distance of the cylinder connecting hole is consistent with the center distance of the flange connecting hole on the valve.
4. If the shaft is inconsistent, check whether the cylinder shaft is consistent with the valve shaft.
5. The cylinder shall be consistent with the valve during installation. Note: One is open and the other is closed, otherwise the rotation direction of the valve will be opposite,
6. Installation status: the external butterfly valve is installed 90 degrees with the actuator, and the ball valve is parallel to the actuator.
Install the solenoid valve:
1. After installing the pneumatic actuator, if the solenoid valve needs to be installed, please pay attention to whether the O-ring on the solenoid valve is intact.
2. After installation, check whether the valve is completely closed, or remove the solenoid valve and rotate it 180 degrees to reinstall. It is fully closed after installation without special requirements.
To install an answering machine:
1. First remove the screws on the indicator cover at the upper end of the cylinder, insert the connecting shaft of the receiver into the shaft slot in the cylinder, and then fix the connecting bolts.
2. Open the upper cover of the transponder and check whether the travel stop corresponds to the valve switch. When the valve is fully open, the yellow stopper presses the switch, and when the valve is fully closed, the red stopper presses the switch. When installing the cover, the instructions on the cover should also be consistent with the valve switch.
Commissioning:
1. If there is no solenoid valve, first ventilate from one end to see if the valve is opened or closed in place. If the corresponding limit screw is not loosened in place, it depends on the difference of valve position. One is the open limit and the other is the close limit. Normally, the left side of the actuator is the open limit and the right side is the closed limit.
