Solenoid valve coil structure
Coil is a very important part of electromagnet. It is precisely because the current in the coil stimulates the magnetic force and generates magnetic attraction. According to the requirements of excitation magnetization, it can be divided into series coils and parallel coils. Series coil is also called current coil and parallel coil is called voltage coil.
The coil has multiple structures and forms, which can be divided into skeleton coil and non skeleton coil, prototype coil and square coil. The so-called frameless coil refers to the special skeleton in the coil that does not support the wire. Wires with skeleton coils can be wound on the skeleton, or even directly wound on the iron core. Of course, this cooking is only applicable to electromagnets of single manufacture, because this winding process is not convenient.
The coils of DC electromagnets are mostly skeleton free prototypes, because the iron core of DC electromagnets is generally circular, and the skeleton free coils are closely combined with the iron core, which can transfer part of the heat in the coils to the iron core and disperse it. The iron core of AC electromagnet is generally made of silicon steel plate, which is convenient to make. To fit the square iron core, the coil is also square.
