Overview of GT Series Pneumatic Actuator
GT series pneumatic actuator is a kind of pneumatic actuator, which outputs torque in angular stroke through mechanical transmission of piston rack and gear. The product has small appearance, light weight, long service life and high performance. It is a new type of pneumatic actuator. It is divided into dual function and single function (spring return). It is applicable to the switch and adjustment of angle travel control valves (ball valves, butterfly valves). It can also be used in other occasions where rotation is required.

Pneumatic double piston actuator, model GTD=double action, model GTE=single action (with spring return).
Manufacturing features:
The sliding bearing bushing made of low friction materials is used for the contact surface between the piston and gear and the housing by using the ultra wide rack (piston) pinion transmission technology. Single acting type with safety spring seat.
Applicable standards:
Connection between actuator and valve: four or eight bolt holes shall comply with DIN/ISO5211, and shaft mounting holes shall comply with DIN 3337. There are many shapes and sizes for mounting shaft holes.
Connecting actuator and control valve: GTD/GTE100+350 meets the standard NAMUR or VDI/VDE3845, and GTD/GTE040+90 is connected through adapter plate.
Actuator connected with signal box: in accordance with VDI/VDE3845.

End cover: aluminum alloy surface is sprayed with plastic.
Piston/rack: aluminum alloy.
Sealing O-ring: butadiene rubber=NBR70.
