Single acting pneumatic actuator is a kind of pneumatic actuator with double piston rack and gear rotating structure. The piston type has a long stroke and is suitable for the occasion with large thrust. It can not only directly drive the valve stem, but also cooperate with the worm gear.

1. Indicator
The indicator conforms to VID/VIE3845NAMUR limit switch, positioner and other accessories, which are easy to install.
2. Output shaft
The design of nickel plated alloy steel integral forging output shaft meets the requirements of NAMUR, ISO5211.DIN3337 standards. Special standards can be customized according to customer requirements.
3. Cylinder block
It is extruded with high-quality aluminum alloy, and the surface is treated with hard anodizing and Teflon coating.
4. End cover
Aluminum alloy die-casting, surface anodizing, metal polyester coating.

Hard oxidation treatment of cast aluminum
6. Adjusting bolt
Two independent stroke adjusting bolts can be conveniently and accurately ± 5. Adjust the opening and closing angle of the valve.
7. Spring

8. Piston ring
