1. Selection of double acting pneumatic actuator:
Select the double acting actuator, find the torque gauge of the double acting pneumatic actuator, increase the safety value by 10% according to the required torque value, and then find the torque gauge according to the working pressure of the air source, so that the GT model can be accurate. For example, it takes 2000Nm to control a torque valve. Considering the safety factor, if the torque valve increases by 10% to 220% Nm, GT127 can be selected × 90 type actuator (275Nm torque at 0.5MPa): or select GT118 × 90 type actuator (252Nm torque is provided at 0.6MPa.
2. Select spring return actuator:
When selecting the spring return actuator, the safety value shall be increased by 20% according to the required torque value. In the spring torque column of the spring return torque table, you can find the correct torque value GT single function actuator model according to the air supply pressure (this value should be greater than the spring torque). For example, to control an actuator that requires 800Nm, for safety reasons, a torque increase of 20% will result in 96% Nm, the line GT127+90 ° K4 in the column marked with spring torque will find a value of 100Nm, and the line GT127+90 ° K4 in the column marked with 0.5MPa will find a value along the bank to the right, and the line GT127+90 ° K4 in the column marked with 0.5MPa will find a value of 107Nm, and the required air supply pressure is 0.5MPa
