Precautions for installation: (1) The installation position, height and inlet and outlet directions shall meet the design requirements, and the connection shall be tight. (2) The manual valve shall be installed on the insulation pipe, and the handle shall not be downward. (3) The working pressure is greater than 1 0MPa and the valve plays a cutting role on the main pipe. Before installation, strength and tightness tests should be carried out, and the valve can be used only after it is qualified. During the strength test, the test pressure shall be the nominal pressure. 1. The duration shall not be less than 5 minutes, and the valve shell and packing shall be qualified without leakage. In the leak test, the test pressure is 1.1 times of the nominal pressure; During the test, the test pressure shall meet the requirements of GB50243 standard, and the valve is qualified if there is no leakage on the sealing surface.
