Structure and working principle of pneumatic discharge valve
1、 Working principle of pneumatic discharge valve:
1. Turn the handwheel easily and push the switching handle to the (opening) sign for pneumatic operation.
2. When the air source enters the solenoid valve, the solenoid valve will automatically open the upper and lower air ports. When the solenoid valve is powered on, the valve will open automatically, and when the power is off, the valve will close automatically. The red button is the switch button for manual debugging.
3. When the air source enters the upper part of the cylinder, push the piston to the lower part, that is, close the valve.
4. When the air source enters the lower part of the cylinder, push the piston to the upper part to open the valve.
5. In case of continuous operation, the reciprocating power shall be provided as above.
2、 Routine maintenance of pneumatic actuator:
1. The nitrogen source shall be kept dry and clean, and the filter shall be drained regularly.
2. Keep the normal nitrogen source pressure (0). 4~0.7Mpa), the power signal of the electrical part shall be free of short circuit or open circuit fault, waterproof, and ensure the normal operation of the solenoid valve and the return switch.
3. During normal operation, check once a month and overhaul once a year.
3、 Pay attention to the following items when installing the pneumatic discharge valve:
1. Keep the valve clack on the sealing surface of the sealing ring free of dirt and sediment.
2. Check whether the packing in the piston is well sealed, and do not disassemble it without authorization, which requires the guidance of technicians.
3. When the cylinder is not used for a long time, all the machined surfaces shall be coated with anti rust oil, and the inlet and outlet shall be blocked against dust.
4、 The pneumatic discharge valve shall be checked regularly during use:
1. Check the wear of valve rod and packing to avoid leakage.
2. Remove dust and maintain the surface of pneumatic head regularly.
