Introduction to Straight Stroke Pneumatic Actuator
1、 Product introduction
FQG series straight stroke actuator is an actuator that uses compressed air as power to complete the execution. It can execute a series of directly opened valves, such as gate valve, stop valve and slurry valve. The actuator is divided into two kinds of executive actions: double action and single action. The double action actuator is driven to open and close by the air source pressure; The single action actuator is opened or closed by air supply pressure, and the other action is driven by spring force. The control mode of the actuator can be switch type or adjustable type according to the working conditions. The actuator is usually an integrated structure, and the actuator and regulator are unified.
2、 Structural characteristics
1. The cylinder barrel of the actuator is made of high-quality aluminum alloy grinding pipe, which is hard anodized (with a diameter greater than 300), durable and has high output efficiency.
2. The piston rod surface is treated with pre rolling hardening, hard chrome plating, fine grinding, good wear resistance, rust prevention and other characteristics.
3. The sealing ring adopts special rubber products, which can work without oil lubrication, with low starting pressure and long service life.
4. The front cover of the actuator is equipped with oil bearing, which has low friction coefficient. The whole body is treated with electric melting anti-corrosion technology, which is beautiful and durable.
5. The end of stroke can be buffered according to the working conditions, and the actuator stroke can be mechanically adjustable; Hand wheel mechanism can be selected to realize on-site emergency operation.
