Secondly, action sensitivity and reliability refer to the sensitivity of pneumatic actuators to changes in medium parameters. For pneumatic actuators with specific functions, such as throttle valves, pressure reducing valves, regulating valves, etc., their functional sensitivity and reliability are very important technical performance indicators.
Third, it is the opening and closing speed of the switch, expressed by the time required for the actuator to complete the switch action. Generally speaking, there are no strict requirements for the opening and closing speed of pneumatic actuators, but some working conditions have special requirements for the opening and closing speed. For example, some require quick opening or closing to prevent accidents, some require slow closing to prevent water strikes, etc., which should be considered when choosing the type of actuator.
Fourth, it is the problem of medium circulation. Medium recycling is suitable for product pressure. Therefore, when designing pneumatic actuators, the resistance to medium should be reduced as far as possible.
