Structure characteristics of manual pneumatic gate valve
1. Pneumatic manual gate valve is mainly composed of valve body, bonnet, gate, valve rod, sealing ring, double cylinder and its piston, piston rod, diaphragm and buffer mechanism, manual mechanism, pneumatic manual switching device and bonnet packing device.
2. When the upper piston plug reaches the upper end of the stroke, the responder can be pushed on to send messages; At the lower end of the stroke of the lower piston, the responder can be pushed down to send messages, which will be displayed on the analog instrument panel in the central operation room as the gate valve switch information.
3. The lifting of the extension indicator at the upper part of the handwheel indicates that the valve ram is in the lifting state. When the gate valve is closed, the extended indicator rod is at a lower position; On the contrary, when the gate valve is fully open, the outreach indicator rod is in the high position. This is the on-site indication of valve opening and closing status.
4. The upper part of the cylinder head is equipped with a pneumatic manual switching device. Turn the handle clockwise to position the "pneumatic" positioning hole, and the gate valve is in the pneumatic operation state; On the contrary, the "manual" pneumatic gate valve with the counterclockwise shift handle can be manually operated and positioned at the hole. The handle with bevel gear changes in the opposite direction. When manually operating the gate valve, the handwheel rotates in the same direction as the ordinary manual valve, that is, clockwise to close and counterclockwise to open. Instead, the bevel gear rotates.
