1. Torque and air pressure. This is the selection parameter of the pneumatic actuator. Torque is the force required to open the valve. Air pressure is kg of air source. This is a definite parameter. The pneumatic actuator also has the difference between rack type and fork type.
2. Connection mode. This matches the way pipes are connected. According to the different connection methods, the common ones can be divided into flange pneumatic ball valve, threaded pneumatic ball valve and welding pneumatic ball valve. In addition, there are quick installation and threads.
3. Media. The properties of the media need to be considered. Many chemical mediums are corrosive, grainy and easy to damage the sealing surface. How to solve this problem? Corrosion resistant fluorine materials can be selected for wear-resistant treatment, such as pneumatic fluorine ball valve.
4. Material. The valve body materials can be selected according to the site conditions, generally including nodular cast iron, stainless steel, cast steel, carbon steel, plastic, etc. According to higher quality requirements and sanitary pneumatic ball valve, the materials are better.
5. Pressure. Pressure and kilogram of air source are two different things. They refer to working pressure, which can be divided into low pressure, normal pressure, medium pressure, high pressure and 1.6MPa.
6. Temperature. As the name implies, it can be divided into high-temperature pneumatic ball valve, low-temperature pneumatic ball valve, medium temperature pneumatic ball valve and normal temperature pneumatic ball valve.
It can also be divided into three-way pneumatic ball valve and teaching pneumatic ball valve according to the channel position, and it can be divided into floating ball valve and fixed ball valve according to the characteristics of the ball valve.
