How about the performance of double acting pneumatic actuator?
1. The rated output force or torque of the pneumatic device shall comply with the provisions of GB/t12222 and GB/t1223 for top film starters.
2. Under no-load condition, input the air pressure specified in Table 2 into the cylinder, and the action shall be stable without jamming and creeping.
3. Under the pressure of 0.6MPa, the output torque or thrust of the pneumatic device in the switch direction shall not be less than the value marked on the label of the pneumatic device. The action shall be flexible and all parts shall not be deformed.
4. When conducting the sealing test under high working pressure, the air leakage at each back pressure side shall not exceed (3)+0.15d) cm3/min (standard state); The air leakage of end cover and output shaft shall not exceed (3)+0.15d) cm3/min.
5. The strength test shall be conducted at 1.5 times of the working pressure. Maintain the test pressure for 3min, and the cylinder end cover and static seal shall be free of leakage and structural deformation.
6. Action life. A pneumatic device that simulates the action of a pneumatic valve. The number of opening and closing operations shall not be less than 50000 times (one opening and closing cycle), while maintaining the output torque or thrust capacity in both directions.
7. For pneumatic devices with buffer mechanism, when the piston moves to the end of the stroke, impact is not allowed.
8. The end cover, flange and box of the casting cylinder should be free of scratches, cuts, air holes, burrs, etc.
9. The paint layer or chemical treatment layer on the external surface of the pneumatic device shall be flat, smooth, uniform in color, and free of oil stain, indentation and other mechanical damage.
