1、 Pneumatic gate valve with manual operation is called pneumatic gate valve for short. Because of its excellent cutting performance, it has been widely used in the industrial field. The actuator of the pneumatic gate valve has positive and negative functions, so the opening and closing modes of the valve include air opening and air closing. The gate valve adopts a unique metal contact structure, with reliable action and high cutting performance, which is superior to the traditional cut-off valve. Allowable leakage reaches 10-80 × KV。 The temperature can be - 196 ℃ to 500 ℃, the caliber can be as small as 50mm, and as large as 600mm. The valve seat is parallel, and the 60 ° V-notch and 90 ° V notch are suitable for different occasions.
2、 Working principle
1. Input air into the intake pipe, and add proper lubricant through the oil atomizer.
2. When the air source enters the solenoid valve, the solenoid valve automatically opens the (upper) or (lower) air pipe.
3. When the air source enters the air inlet on the cylinder, push the piston to the lower part, so that the piston contacts the lower return ram, and then the restorer returns the signal, that is, the valve is closed.
4. When the air source enters the lower air inlet of the cylinder, push the piston to the upper part, so that the piston contacts the upper return ejector pin, and the return signal of the receiver is that the valve is opened.
5. In case of continuous operation, carry out round-trip movement according to the above principles.
3、 Routine maintenance of pneumatic actuator
1. The air source shall be kept dry and clean, and the filter shall be drained regularly.
2. Keep the air source pressure normal, and there is no short circuit or open circuit fault in the power signal of the electrical part; Prevent water ingress and ensure the normal operation of the solenoid valve switch.
3. During normal operation, check once a month and overhaul once a year.
4. When installing the solenoid valve, pay special attention to whether the voltage meets the requirements. When dispatching the whole machine, it is recommended to use the manual device for debugging first, and then power on for debugging.
4、 Function and application of pneumatic actuator accessories:
1. Single electric control solenoid valve: the valve is opened or closed when power is supplied, and closed or opened when power is off.
2. Pneumatic triple: pressure reducing valve: filter and oil mist collector. The lubricating air supply is stable, clean and moving parts.
