Air filter pressure reducing valve triplet pneumatic triplet is the pneumatic transmission system for air source treatment. Pneumatic triplet refers to air filter, pressure reducing valve and oil mist. Solenoid valve and cylinder can realize oil-free lubrication (grease lubrication function) without oil mist! 1. It is forbidden to use (polycarbonate) materials in organic solvent environment when using part PCs. PC uses neutral detergent to clean the cup.
2. The operating pressure shall not exceed its operating range.
3. When the air volume at the outlet decreases significantly, the filter element shall be replaced in time.

1. There are two ways of filter drainage: differential pressure drainage and manual drainage. When the water level reaches the level below the filter element, it must be drained.
2. When adjusting the pressure, please pull up the knob first, then rotate it, and press down the rotary knob for positioning. Turn the knob to the right to increase the outlet pressure, and to the left to decrease the outlet pressure. When adjusting the pressure, the pressure should be adjusted to the required value gradually and evenly, rather than being adjusted in place in one step.
3. Method of using oil feeder: use oil feeder JISK2213 to transfer oil (ISOVg32 or equivalent). Please do not fill the cup more than eight minutes full. The number 0 indicates that the oil quantity is small, and the number 9 indicates that the oil quantity is large. It cannot rotate from the 9-0 position, but must rotate clockwise.
