Only 90° rotation can be quickly opened and closed, easy to use, gate valve has good fluid control characteristics. When the butterfly valve is in a fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the friction resistance of the material through the body, so the loss caused by the gate valve is not large, with good flow monitoring characteristics. Butterfly valve has two kinds of malleable seal and metal material seal. Malleable sealing valve, ring can be placed in the body or attached around the disc.
Pneumatic butterfly valve maintenance adjustment cylinder inspection maintenance plan usually do cylinder surface cleaning and cylinder drive shaft clamp torsion spring oil, every 6 months to open the cylinder bearing end cover, check whether there is dirt and water, and lubricating oil in the cylinder. If there is a lack of lubricating oil or dry oil, please add lubricating oil cylinder for a full range of maintenance and cleaning. Check the valve body shape is good, installation flange is not leakage. Check whether the valve body seal is good, no damage, porous plate operation is flexible, whether there is debris stuck gate valve.
