Pneumatic butterfly valve is usually composed of pneumatic actuator and valve body as well as some accessories connected with the combination of installation and debugging.

1. The control cabinet sending signal valve does not act. After field observation, the pneumatic adjustment butterfly valve is installed on the premise of positioner, and a solenoid valve is installed. The strong electricity of the solenoid valve interferes with the signal output of the control cabinet, and the valve cannot receive the signal, so it cannot work normally.

Solution: Remove the solenoid valve to remove the strong electric interference to the normal operation of the equipment (Note: the function of the solenoid valve is to switch on and off the valve, and the function of the positioner is to control the opening of the valve, so there is no need to install the solenoid valve on the premise of installing the positioner).

2. After the automatic switch to manual state, the switch cannot be automatically switched; Because the field operator uses the clutch to pull the range is too large, the inner gear is stuck and cannot be pulled back automatically.

Solution: When pulling the clutch, the handwheel should rotate back and forth to make the inner turbine fall off and facilitate automatic hand switching (the yellow jacket must be pulled up when the hand is automatically switched).

3. The valve works normally, but the feedback is always at 100%. Through the communication with the field wiring personnel, we know that the field wiring is thick wire with strong hardness, which is not convenient to connect, resulting in the screw falling off. The wiring personnel directly tighten the module with a long screw to make the top of the screw, resulting in a short circuit.

Solution: replace the conventional screw model; It is suggested to change the thin line to connecting line.
