Pneumatic actuators are simple in design and compact in structure. In order to make better use of pneumatic actuators, it is very important to adjust the stroke. So how to adjust? Here's what you need to know.
Pneumatic actuator debugging method:
1. Firstly, adjust the zero point position, give the locator and 4mADC signal, so that the pressure gauge on the locator is in the range of 0.004mpa (not more than 0.004mpa);
2. Looking at the full size, the signal positioning pressure gauge in the 20MADC locator is 0.2mpa. If the expression is 0.2MP, if the pressure gauge is 0, do not cross the adjustment button, turn counterclockwise to increase the range.
Repeat Step 1. Step 2 to ensure that the locator travel time is the same as the valve travel time. The average of 4MADC, 12MADC, 16MADC and 20MADC should be selected.
Of course, in addition to adjusting the stroke, the valve position debugging process should also be done well. The following is the pneumatic valve position debugging analysis method:
4mA Given the command signal, hold the set key and wait for the indicator to blink, that is, to enter the debugging state. The gauge reading should be 4mA. If the deviation occurs, press "+" or "-" to adjust it to meet the requirements. Then press the set key, from the meter reading to 8mA. If not, then adjust the "+" - "button, then adjust the command signal by analogy to 8mA and adjust it to 8mA, 12mA, 16mA and 20mA. After adjustment, the indicator will blink several times to complete the debugging as indicated.
