Pneumatic actuator failure after the solution

1. Fault phenomenon: the action direction of the actuator is not controlled by the input signal. We will solve this phenomenon accordingly.
Fault judgment and maintenance process: while understanding the equipment, first check the two current limiting resistors and phase shifting capacitors, check the resistance value of the motor winding with a multimeter, and find that the resistance value of the motor is 1.45mω (and changes from time to time), indicating that the motor winding is wrong, the last way is to replace the motor (PSQ200).
2. Fault symptoms: The AC220V power supply is sent on site, and the protection switch acts immediately (tripping). The safety of the actuator is burned.
Fault judgment and maintenance process: first use a multimeter to detect the motor winding on the actuator. When working, should always pay attention to the operation of pneumatic valve. If it is found that the resistance of the motor winding tends to zero, it indicates that the motor has been short-circuited, and then detect the resistance at both ends of the brake. The resistance tends to infinity, indicating that the brake is damaged. The normal condition should be about 1.45K. The final treatment method is: replace the lock and motor, install the safety tube of the feed plate, re-adjust and restore normal operation.
Conclusion: This situation should be because the motor is locked after the switch is broken and not found in time, resulting in the electrical blockage and heat transfer for a long time, and finally damage to the insulation of the motor between phases. (PSQ700).
