1. The rated output force or torque of the pneumatic actuator shall meet the requirements of GB/T12222 and GB/T12223.
2、 Under the air pressure of 0.6MPa, the output torque or thrust of the pneumatic device in both directions shall be opened and closed, and its value shall not be less than the value marked on the pneumatic actuator. The action shall be flexible, without deformation and other abnormal phenomena.
3. During the working pressure test for sealing test, the amount of air leaked at each back pressure side shall not exceed (3)+0.15D) cm3/min (standard state); The amount of air leaking from the end cover and output shaft shall not exceed (3)+0.15d) cm3/min.
4、 When the piston of pneumatic actuator with buffer mechanism moves to the end of stroke, impact is not allowed.
5. The number of opening and closing operations of the pneumatic actuator shall not be less than 50000 times (once for the opening and closing cycle) when maintaining the output torque or thrust capacity in both directions.
6、 Strength test 1. Test the working pressure for 5 times, and keep the test pressure for 3 times for min. The cylinder end cover and static seals shall be free of leakage and structural deformation.
